La Milliardaire gets tropical with the simple take on the classic daiquiri.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Parts La Milliardaire VSOP Cognac
3/4 Part Simple Syrup
1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1 Egg White

Glass & Garnish

Coupe & Thin Lime Wheel

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
