SEEKING PERFECTION THROUGH -  heritage and innovation

La Milliardaire Cognac is made at the Maison Laclie, which was established in 1889. Today, the Maison Laclie remains one of the 15 independent distilleries in Cognac not owned or run by any of the global drinks conglomerates. 

By fusing Maison Laclie's history with our new modern approach, together we are marketing our passion, heritage and quality through the ‘La Milliardaire’ brand, taking care to ensure absolutely no compromises are made in the distillation of our eaux-de-vie.

Maison Lacile vineyards are in the Fins Bois appellations in the northwest near Bercloux. In early October the grapes are harvested at the point of their aromatic maturity. All our Cognacs contain a strict selection of eaux-de-vie made up of 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, a classic variety for Cognac production that produces distinct and easily distinguishable flavor profiles, especially when grown on the clay and limestone soil of the Maison Laclie estate.

La Milliardaire Cognac is distilled in small batches with a limited quantity bottled every year, thus taking care to ensure absolutely no compromises are made in the distillation of our eaux-de-vie. We use the finest raw materials combined with the artistic philosophy to produce rare, hand-crafted Cognacs.

If you do manage to get your hands on a bottle of this increasingly rare and exclusive Cognac, we would recommend sipping it neat or over ice in a traditional tulip glass or snifter, in order to appreciate its quality.
